Hi,

I am new here and tried doing a search to find the answer to my question before I asked so please bear with me.

We filed the I-130 separately from the I-485 because of finances. The petition was already approved and the I-797 Notice of Action received. The notice of action acknowledged my presence in the U.S. and intention to adjust.

We are now ready to send off the I-485 along with the I-864, I-693, and the I-765.

My question here is... should I (the beneficiary) complete a second set of G-325As and attach another copy of the marriage certificate to the I-864, or is the copy of the I-797 along with the pictures and copies of my I-94, visa and birth certificate enough?

Better yet, is there a specific checklist anyone can provide for THIS SPECIFIC SITUATION?

Better yet, is there a specific checklist anyone can provide for THIS SPECIFIC SITUATION?

I had my I-130 approved first and when I applied for I-485 I submitted the following:

I-485,I-864,G-325A for my petitioner and myself,I-693, I-765,I-131 I attached copies of my Birth certificate, my husband's Birth certificate,

copy of his US passport, copy of my current passport, copy of visa used by me to enter US, copy of my I-94, copies of marriage certificate( if you have been married before you need also copies of divorce decree) and copies of taxes from previous 3 years.I also sent 6 photos of myself and 1 of my husband...and the checks ( I submitted 1 check of $1010 but I read that some applicants had problems because they sent one check so I guess it is better to send 2 checks 930 and 80)

I hope I didn't forget something. Good luck with your application! (since you already have the I-130 approved the interview will be really easy)
