Entering the US and Vacination files

Hello eveybody, I am truelly happy and relieved to have found this discussion forum. For many months and over a year I have been scratching my head with confusion. I am so glad to find out im not alone.

I will probably be a regular on here with so much good personal experiences so I look forward to reading your messages.

Getting down to my issue, I was granted a K3 visa in London last week, I recieved my passport back from the truelly terrible SMS courier services. Upon my arrival in Seattle, I passed on my package to the CBP officer and was let in with no problems. The officer told me I have to submit my vacination records and chest x-ray to a public health authority for inspection.

My question is, as I was not fully paying attention to where she told me to submit the documents (2 days with out sleep), where do I take these documents to ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as the 1 800 number was a waste of time.
