Hello po,

I just want to know if how many NBI Clearance do I need to submit to NVC together with DS-230? I was previously married before (marriage#1), annulled (marriage #1), now I am legally married to my husband (marriage#2). By the way, we got married in Manila Cith Hall (marriage #2). Do I need to submit previously married name from NBI Clearance and Current married name from NBI Clearance, so dalawang NBI Clearance? Confuse po, they might ask additional NBI Clearance sa Interview or sa NVC. Please help naman po, before we send DS-230.

Salamat,

Luningning

You would need to get the NBI clearances with all AKAs...So marriage 1, 2, and maiden. (maiden and marriage 2 should be able to be on the same one though i think)

When I got my NBI clearance last February, We were given a form to fill up and they checked if I got an ID with my new name but I don't have one during that time so I just showed a copy of our marriage certificate , they will link all the new information from the form you filled up to your old record in NBI database, your new NBI clearance will have your new married name. And I did get 2 NBI clearances " for US travel"

so just incase I will need it in my interview.
