Touches and Updates on e-mail and text

Actually I've already recieved my NOAs and Biometric letter in a very timely manner. And I signed in the My Case Status

on uscis website for e-mail alerts (https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp) using the MSCs receipts number on my NOAs as soon as i got them. But I have never recieved anything on my e-mail. Is something wrong or what?

I think it would be nice to see what is going on, other than that my AOS is going fast as with every April 2010 filer.

You will never receive and e-mail or text unless if the message changes on the page. (like moves a bubble) the last updated date will not trigger an e-mail or text. Of course that site is hit or miss on when or if it ever updates.

I always got texts and emails during my AOS, you need to sign up with a sign in and then allocate your case number to your profile and select the text and email options.

Yes, but if the message on the page doesnt change, you wont get an e-mail or text. A touch will not give you an email or text.

yeah.. the bubles aren't moving. They have never moved actually, they say its pilot program so...
