Ive just sent in my DS-156, 157, and 230 forms to the embassy, my question is How long do I have to wait until i get a interview date. from london embassy, k3 application

anywhere from 1 week to 2 months, depending.

It being the London embassy you are more likely to be waiting at least 2 months to receive and interview date and then another month for the actual interview - if the trends for the last 6 months are anything to go by.

when they review ur forms after that ur case will compelet and when its compelet then after that 1 or 2 week u will receive interview letter in email and they will send ur file to london embassy.
