Ok here goes .. Do we need to fill out an I-134 for the beneficiary ( me ) and each of the K2 children ?.. or do you list the K2 children on the same I-134 as the beneficiary ? As # 3 on the form has a place for spouse and children to be listed .. ?

USCIS gave us two different answers and the consulate can't seem to email me a straight answer .. ( although the consulate has cleared up that only one set of supporting evidence is needed per family )

If anyone has the answer i would so appriciate it :help:

The first line of the instructions part of the form under "Execution of Affadavit" says "A separate affadavit must be submitted for each person".

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final
