I used the USPS to send my supporting Docs and never had any problems. You can use Fedex or UPS to make it quicker and they give you a peace of mind that the docs will reach it's final destination.

Have your fiancee print out most of your evidences(Chat logs, emails, photos & etc). This will save you money because of the added weight. As you know, these shipping companies charge alot Anyway, good luck to you both and may the rest of your journey be as painless as ours were...

I use Fedex now because USPS lost birthday gifts that I sent to Wilma last year. It's not really USPS that lost it but the PH postal system. Once the USPS gets into PH postal service hands, it is no longer USPS responsibility. And the PH system of delivery addresses is unbelievable. I know Fedex is 3-4 times more expensive but they have good worldwide system and they guarantee delivery. I sent Wilma her 1-134, evidence, pictures, etc., a few weeks ago by Fedex and it was there 3 days later. They called her prior to delivery to make sure the address is right and make sure she will be there to sign for the package.

You can also consider DHL, since NVC uses DHL to send documents to US embassies all over the world.

I found DHL had the best price over FedEx and UPS and was delivered in 3 days on time, every time I used them! I would not trust USPS

Go online and check and compare apples to apples with the weight your looking to send.
