2009 taxes needed? Wife got her visa now filing for stepdaughter

Well, my wife got her visa this year and is in the staes with me. I am currently doing ym stepdaughters. Do i have to include 2009 taxes for joint co sponsors? I will put 0.0 unde rmine because i study, but my parents have to submitt their income. For my wife i used 2006, 2007, and 2008. Can i still used the same ones? or do i need 2009.

You need 2009 now.

we both have in the same situation me and my husband send the 2009 but still we got rfe indicating we need the transcrift or letter 1075 from IRS and explanation why my husband didnt file taxes from 2007 2006 2005 if he didnt file for those years.so in other words we end up calling the IRS and ask for the transcrift of those years..so better include the latest 3 years...BTW we have co-sponsor too but they asking for the same taxes yeas! :blush:
