OMG! OMG! OMG! At 4:20pm today I got a SIF! :dance: So, at 4:25pm the operator at NVC confirmed a CASE COMPLETE as of TODAY! :dance: She even congratulated me :D She did say Cairo was full for the month of June for interviews and for me to call the 2nd week of June to see if they can schedule us for a July interview. :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: I cant believe it!!! Good Luck to the rest of you waiting for a Case Complete! I pray for you all it will be very soon!!!

Case completed today, MAY 19,2010

Called NVC, the operator said Guangzhou makes his own schedules. Just let hubby call DOS tomorrow around 08:30-17:00 EST

So excited :dance:

So I called and explained that I sent the documents for the RFE and they received them back in the end of April. Good thing for tracking numbers...

Operator just said they don't see that they received the documents. But NOW it's going to be reviewed by a supervisor and I can call back in 10-15 days to find out the results.

So basically now I have to wait 10-15 days to find out if they lost my documents. Not only have they pooched the screw, but I get to wait extra days while they try to pull their head out of a certain orifice.

Way to go NVC.

I'm sorry Brian. That really sucks. Boooo on NVC. I'm sure they'll find it though and hopefully will expedite because they don't want to look too bad.

Believe whoever gives you a better message!

I am getting a SIF but the AVR still hasn't updated. It still says we received your documents on May 12 and are reviewing them.

I haven't called an operator yet but they'll probably tell me it is complete.

It takes a while for the AVR to reflect the latest status.

Then again when you send some documents it is the AVR that shows it first and after a while the operator gets to know of it.

After a day or two both the AVR and the operators get on the same page.
