PLEASE NOTE--On your DS230, make sure you insert any and all dates as 02-20-2010.

And NOT 02/20/2010.

For some reason NVC has lost it's mind and is issuing RFEs for the date format.

I dont know if you have not call but if not interview for you on June, for sure will be July..what date is your priority date??? right now they are working with the PD for you category F1 is September 2004

Checking in here! I will be around for May, I am sure.

AVR finally updated after a week to say that my checklist had been received. I spoke to an operator yesterday who said everything is under review.

I only needed to send the original of our marriage certificate from the sharia court to finish, so I am PRAYING for case complete by next Friday.

I am ready to buy my plane ticket to Jordan... just need that date!

I just received an e-mail saying:

An immigrant visa interview has been scheduled for the applicant at the U.S.

Embassy/Consulate in BANGKOK on June 8, 2010 at 07:00 am.

YEAH!!!!!! I knew Friday would be our day!

Husby's super excited. He's trying to hide it by complaining that he'll have to get someone to cover for him in court that day.

dont remembber my priority date! is April 2004 or April 2006?

I was under the category F2A that why I start to receive the AOS and IV Fee(uhm....)

but i spoke to an operator and she toldme that there are Visas avaliable to my category...

well....

I guess that i just have to wait and see...
