Hello -

So I sent Packet 3 yesterday by Priority next day AM via Canada Post. So the package is in Montreal but on the internet site for tracking and also the telephone agent for Canada Post said that the "item is on hold at recipient's request".:crying:

The Canada post operator said that it means the recipient (Montreal Consulate) has a hold on their mail right now...are they closed today...whats up? :girlwerewolf2xn:

Just wondering if anyone else has run into this...trying not to freak out!! :bonk:

Thanks

Hi Wishing!

Same thing happened to me when I sent in my documents. The reason is that the address is a PO Box and someone from the consulate has to come sign for it and pick it up as its not a building they are delivering to. The consulate doesn't go everyday to pick it up and as far as I know they go every couple of days and when they do, thats when it will say delivered. I hope this helps!

Thanks for the fast reply. Back to the scheduled activities of the day and not freaking out!!
