I work in a jewellery store and dressed as if I was going to work. So business casual seems to be the plan. Remember, you only get to make a first impression once with these people..I would suggest it be a good one!!

Short of wearing something offensive - I think it makes absolutely zero difference. They have already made their decision (98%) before you appear.

Now if you have some great information to add at the interview, that can make a difference - but even then, they already know what they are going to ask of you and ask you before you get there.

lol we wore jeans and sweaters as it was still cold out. it doesn't really matter for the amount of time you are there.

Told my husband I was thinking of bringing him a tshirt that had our twin granddaughters holding American flags with "Please let Grandpa come home" on it, but figured that wouldn't go over well.

Most people were dressed neatly but quite casually when we went.

So many people were dressed so different when I went for my interview. There were people dressed up, dressed down, Orthodox Jews... lots of those. It was a strange mixture of people.

There were a whole bunch of Orthodox Jews when I was there too. I spent most of the time trying to figure out why, and I came to no conclusions

I went business casual as well. There were some people in jeans and some people in suits, so it really varies.

you have to be true to yourself. If you would work in a bank or jewelry store, you probably wouldn't ask this question, so my guess is that you wear rather casual clothes during the day. (I do too.)

Make a good impression, dress a notch more nicely than you usually do. Clean cut, not smelly and not carrying a cloud of Opium perfume. Look like you can support a family and fit into the fabric of American life, but don't look wealthy, even if you are. A custom-tailored Versace suit and a diamond-crusted Rolex is not what you want to wear, neither would blue jeans with fashionable holes be appropriate. Dress like you were to go to a job interview.
