NOV2? Do you mean the NOA2?

There is no need to wait for NVC to send you anything. Follow LingChe's short cuts and download the forms from the internet (DS3032 is not a kit, it s a sheet of paper)

Your first step would be to call NVC and inquire about your case number

Pay attention, non-EP NVC noobs. Here's Christeen's time tested formula to get you through NVC in one piece alive:

Petitioner: Get NVC # + give operator your email IDs + receive AOS fee bill + pay 70$ online + wait to show paid + print cover sheet + send I-864 AOS with all documents and case # written on each page.

Beneficiary: Get NVC# + receive DS3032 + send DS3032+ DS3032 accepted + IV fee bill available to be paid + pay & wait to show paid + print IV cover sheet + mail DS230 package with all original/certified documents

= wait for case complete + wait for interview to be scheduled.

If not, how do you expect the DS3032 to magically appear?

Do NOT wait for any snail mail from NVC. That will take months.

yes i called nvc last night, they told me they are not receive my case from uscis yet, they want me scan and send my NOA2 via email.

i will call back again on monday ask for the Case#.

I want to know, once i get my case# then i can send DS3032 to them, right?. what is the email address for send DS-3032

The shortcuts are GREAT ! But it assumes you know something about NVC Processing.

If you don't know anything about NVC, or what they expect, or even the forms,

you might want to read up on the NVC Source Documents, at

Be warned, though - the 'ds-3032 kit' may or may not arrive - you need to ask for the AOS FEE BILL VIA EMAIL.

Keep Calling NVC, though, and stay in the AVR subsystem, hitting the digits on the telephone to get yer NVC casenumber. That will save you much time, each phone call. IF you don't have NVC casenumber via the AVR, call back the next day. Repeat until you have it. IF 30 days have transpired, from the NOA-2 date, though - somethings wrong. Terribly wrong - could be the casefile was lost in transit (rare) or yer going through AP at USCIS after NOA-2 (not so rare)
