Okay im a little confused....they just want last years W-2 and proof of how much we make right now at our job right? do they decide how much we make now or by last years W-2 cause last year i didn't get hardly anything..but this year i am making more than enough over the poverty level thing they use.

For the I-134 you need the past three years. Unless this has changed since april you will need the past three. If you are under the poverty level for the past three years you are going to need a cosponsor. Unfortunately this years income will do you no good. They will use your W2s, letter from employer, and bank letter/statements to decide if you are eligible. You can put in a few recent paystubs if you would like but I am not sure how much good that will do every embassy is different. Good Luck to ya
