It's not rocket science, simple math actually. With the cost to educate a child per year being $10K, even 150,000 kids that are illegal aliens or anchor-babies would cost the taxpayer $1.5 billion annually to educate. However, contrary to the "they pay their tax too" rhetoric, counties or states did not receive an extra $1.5 billion in tax revenue to offset this cost; instead it was taken out of money available to their students. So where is the money coming from? The sales tax is sure as hell not raising the billions needed to offset this new cost, therefore, the legitimate tax payer is. As California has discovered, that is still not enough to make ends meet, therefore, services are being cut from those in California that are already poor, like minorities, to pay for hiring the staff needed for this massive influx of ESOL students. I am talking about one service here, not even anything else like food stamps, hospitals visits etc.

Once again, where is the money coming from? Using California's tax rate, illegal aliens or parents of anchor-babies would have to spend close to $120K (annually) to pay for (offset) the cost of educating one child. This increases substantially with two to four kids; which many have. Since we all know that there is no chance they are earning or spending anywhere near that, the money that would be allocated to teach American kids, now has to be redistributed to also pay for the aforementioned kids. So can anyone tell me how this is an economic benefit?

Much is the case in our area where the majority of students who cannot afford the $2 daily meal and receive free lunch, are Hispanic; obviously not allowed to find out status. Yet you guys are expecting others to believe that these same folk that cannot afford to provide their child's $2 for lunch, are paying more than their share into the system and are a net gain for America. Sorry but the numbers and reality does not support that opinion.

I doubt it. There are people who will look and fight for me. As a member of a large organization, they'll look for me if I'm not at the meeting. I dedicated 1000s of hours on human rights group.
