Dear Friends

We filed our AOS on March 20th 2010 and received all NOA1 in timely manner. It has been a month now (22 days to be exact) but has not received a APPT latter for biomertic. Do I have to start worry about this just yet?

Welcome to the club, LOL! I got NOA1 via texts on 04/02 and in the mail on 04/07 and the last update on my files in 04/07 (I signed up 2 days later so I don't know if there were touches before that day). I think they are slowed down now for some reason (some VJers said TPS and the volcano issue too). I check the mail everyday for my letter too! I think we still have a few days before we start to worry though:)

Give them some few days more. And if nothing still shows up...give them a call. Sometimes it takes time before the appointment letter comes through, but it will eventually come.

Hi there, anything in the mail for you yet? Mine is still MIA! Hahaha. Also my case hasn't been touched since 04/07 (if we take the USCIS website as the truth :huh: ). 2 hours before the mailman comes! :rofl:

I'd just like to point out that when counting the number of days that you havent seen movement on your case, let's not count the weekends. Its more accurate to count working days. so thats already 8 days off the waiting time and USCIS says 30 days to get your Biometric letters. Plus, you have to take into consideration the mailing time as well. I got my texts and emails for first NOA on Mar 12, got the actual NOA on Mar 15. Then got the biometrics on Mar 17.
