Find someone you know, usually a relative but it does not need to be a relation and if they have sufficient income, ask them if they are willing to sponsor your beneficiary.

But you should know that many Embassies will accept a joint sponsor for the K-1 visa and some will not. The Embassies do not have to accept the joint sponsor for the affidavit of support. If they wish, they can throw out the joint sponsor's affidavit and require the USC to meet the income or assets requirements. This just happened to a VJ member posting here over the past two days. It would benefit you to go to the Consulate and Embassy forum and post on the Colombian thread for people's experiences with Bogota and if Bogota usually accepts a joint sponsor or not.
