can somebody show me or reference me to a marriage parent consistent letter/form? i am from the us and the Philippines law is anybody under the age of 24 need an consistent or advisory. so can somebody show me a consistent layout cuz i try searching on the net is very hard to find examples thank.

Dude, your asking for a..(be sure u pay attention to the way I spell this)...parental consent letter.

(if) That is really what you think you need, which I'm not saying you do or don't bcoz ....damn....if you can't figure something as easy as this out by yourself....how in the world are you going to handle the visa process???...pppppppppppp jeeeeez.....You are 21 so technically you don't even need the parental consent but, you do need parental advisement. (and) If I were you, I would get the consent letter anyway. Because I think most fili civil registrars are gonna spend a little time with you and figure out that you are not competent (not an insult, an observation of fact) to marry yet. So, you better make sure mom/dad and if you can get Jesus to sign it, have agreed to you getting married.

The letter format/content should be simple, straight forward and complete. Get it notarized (preferably by the Pope).

I'm gonna ask you a question....if you had a 12 year old brother that repeatedly asked you to tie his shoes....what would you do?
