wow thats cool congrats!!! i think that would make your interview closer too (just my thoughts)... still waiting for my check to be cashed in. really hoping it will this week. been paranoid this whole n-400 process...

Thanks. I hope it does speed up the process but I don't think anyone knows for sure... Judging from what I have read so far there are people who are convinced that it does and some people claim quite the opposite. Giving it a chance, I guess. Exciting times. Hope your check clears soon.

I hope your local office is better than Chicago one. I have done biometrics over a month ago and still no interview notice.

Sort of. I am going to apply for the Environmental Science Officer or Sanitary Engineer Officer slots. They are part of the Medical Service Corps under Preventive Medicine. Just finishing up my M.Sc. at Johns Hopkins University (May 2011) before I can submit my package. I am really excited about this new path I'll be taking.

Didn't have the priority date on my NOA either.. :( And I just checked the status of my application online, it was updated for the first time.. It says they mailed a notice requesting for additional evidence/information.. Now I'm starting to get very nervous!

im so excited! :D lol well my online banking has been messed up for 2 days now and i cant see if my check has been cleared or not so since im so desperate and so eager to find out i called our bank today and asked if theres a check for $675 or something and they said there's a match and they just got it yesterday!!! so i hope thats from the uscis and glad they finally touch my application :) good luck to us all!!!

Thank God 'cause I've been really nervous this entire process.. I thought I did something wrong with my application..

I hope I receive my biometrics letter tomorrow.. They said they sent it on the 27th
