I ARRIVED HERE AS K-1 VISA,I JUST WANNA KNOW IF THE FF. DOCUMENTS/EVIDENCE ARE ENOUGH TO SHOW ON MY ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS INTERVIEW:

MY FOREIGN PASSPORT

HEALTH INSURANCE CARD

OUR WEDDING PICTURE

MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

FIANCEE PETITION APPROVAL

BIRTH CERTIFICATE

VERIFICATION EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE

CREDIT CARD

IF SOME DOCUMENTS/EVIDENCE STILL NEEDED ASIDE FROM WHAT I HAVE MENTIONED ABOVE,PLS. INFORM ME!LOOKING FORWARD TO ALL OF U IMMEDIATE REPLY.THANK YOU SO MUCH...

You may want to consider....

Joint bank account statements

Joint insurance for Car, House, Life

Mortgage or lease showing Joint names

Joint beneficurys on 401K's Life insurance & investments

Joint ownership of Cars

Letters from family or friends

Birthday/anniversary/holliday cards

Photo's of you together other than wedding

Tickets/receipts from any trips you have taken together..

Hope this gives you some ideas....

Hi,kezzie!What if I was not able to produce the ff. evidence below,do you think they will not approve my Adjustment of Status?Bec. we are just newly wed and it is still in my husband name.

Joint bank account statements

Joint insurance for Car, House, Life

Mortgage or lease showing Joint names

Joint beneficurys on 401K's Life insurance & investments

Joint ownership of Cars

How about The government ID,Is my foreign passport enough to show as my identification in my AOS interview? looking forward from ure reply and Thank you!

When is your interview???

It did not take us long to get things put into joint names.... 1 visit to the bank, ask for a printout once they have added you to the account if you dont have time to wait for a statement....

Phoned the insurance companies and got change of benefiuary forms mailed... fill them in sign and take a copy...

Yes your Passport is good for the interview...

I dont think you will get denied so dont worry just take as much as you can...
