Loading pages is intermittantly slow today

Captain,

I've experienced at least a couple of times throughout the day where the site was hanging. I wouldn't even get a timed-out message from Firefox, it would just stay in a continuous loop.

I had 2 incidents of that happening last night - the first one at 6:35 pm - I didn't record the second one but it was several hours later. The first was at least 2 minutes, the second one about a minute. I haven't been on today until now so don't know about today.

Edited to add that it happened again tonight at 10:35 - it was just over 2 minutes.

It will hang for several minutes until finally I close the window/tab and then minutes later it loads fine. It hasn't happened again since I first post this thread, however, I haven't been online much since then.

I've been getting these slow spikes too.

They seem to go for a long time.

Done for 3 years or 10 years. Haven't decided yet.

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

Me too - almost 90% of the posts hang-up, averaging about 75 seconds to load with some going on for over 5 minutes and some never loading at all. I've received a timed out message twice but in most cases it just keeps loading and loading and loading (ok - maybe we need to get rid of the energizer bunny from VJ pages :lol: ). It is definitely a problem today. None of the other sites I am accessing are having problems - it is only on VJ.

Today we had something odd happen. Trying to track down as we speak. Got bad quick and stayed that way for a while. It then stopped on a dot and was back to normal.
