Hi everyone!

:help::help: I am preparing the I-751 form for my wife and stepdaughter (there are K1/K2 both here at the same time) and had a couple of quick questions:

1. Do I need to file a separate form for my stepdaughter?

2. Will need to send another check with it as well?

3. Once we complete this we have to do the N-400 & N-600 for Citizenship Correct?

4. Will i have to do (1) and (2) for these forms as well?

5. How do you get an actual USCIS person on the telephone to ask these questions?!!!!!!

Thanks,

Chuckycheese!

Hi,

1. If they were approved for AOS within 90 days of each other, then you need to send 1 application and list the daughter as a child.

2. You will send a single check for the application fee + biometrics for wife + biometrics for daughter

3. When your wife is eligible for naturalization, and if her daughter is still under 18, then your wife will apply and the daughter will get approved automatically by filing N-400 only and not the N-600.

4. not sure what this question relates to

5. This is a "mission impossible" task - it is very difficult to call USCIS and get answers... usually you end up with more questions.

Hope this helps.
