but i want to send in as much evidence of bonafide marriage as i can so any tips and suggestions

AOS only wants the certified marriage certificate. Evidence of a marriage is for the interview.

If you are sending in the initial application ie I-130. you will need to send in atleast ONE of the following for preadjucation reasons:

1. Documentation showing joint ownership or property; or

2. A lease showing joint tenancy of a common residence; or

3. Documentation showing co-mingling of financialresources; or

4. Birth certificate(s) of child(ren) born to you, thepetitioner, and your spouse together; or

5. Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties havingpersonal knowledge of the bona fides of the maritalrelationship (Each affidavit must contain the full nameand address, date and place of birth of the person makingthe affidavit, his or her relationship to the petitioner ofbeneficiary, if any, and complete information and detailsexplaining how the person acquired his or herknowledge of your marriage); or

6. Any other relevant documentation to establish that thereis an ongoing marital union.

So for example, if its just the lease, you will be fine. But just make sure you bring a lot more to the interview. I sent about 10 items as evidence of bonafide marriage, which I thought was excessive.

I sent in with the AOS:

our marriage certificate

bank statements from our joint bank account showing both of our names

a copy of the lease to the apartment we lived in for the first 6 months, showing both of our names

a copy of our car insurance cards, with both of our names

some envelopes addressed to both of us

our ID's showing the same address

pictures that document our relationship from the first date to the wedding

I brought all of the originals to the interview as well as more recent pictures of my husband and me. They never asked me to show anything though, I guess they were happy with everything I sent.

That is correct!

But I sent with I-130 one of each(lease,bank statement,bill,pictures).

I suggest sending as much as you can and during he interview bring it all back and then some. I think being over prepared is a good idea when it comes to these things. I brought:

Tmobile phone account with both names

Joint checking account

Copy of old a new DL with changed named

2 letters from persons knowing about our relationship

Dental cards with all memebers of the family

Insurance cards for both cards with both names

Collage with pics of wedding day

collage with pics of daughters 2nd birthday

I actually only sent in our marriage certificate when I filed for the I-130. Everything else that would prove a bona fide marriage, I brought to the interview.
