when to visit the philippines

I only have my 2-year conditional GC, I wonder if its a good idea to visit the Philippines, or should I wait for the 10-year GC? And also, do they allow pregnant women to travel? Please help... Thanks!

And also, dun sa mga umuwi na sa pinas, magkano budget nyo? And gano kayo katagal nag stay? Thanks ulit!

You can travel on your 2yr GC.

How much time before you need to ROC? If you within the 90 days - I would apply first, then get a stamp/letter to extend the GC for travel while you wait for the new one.

Most airlines will stop you from flying if your past 34 weeks, some will question you if your "huge" at 28 weeks.

If you have a note from the doctor saying it's safe, or the travel is urgent - you can usually go past that time frame - depends on the airline. (all though, your doctor may have a different opinion.)

you're ok to travel w/your gc but definitely get a dr's clearance at least 1 wk before you fly. madaming promos para sa pinas, google ka lang, mganda rin kung at least 3mos prior ka maghanap kasi mura pa ($700-900)kesa kung mlapit sa date na gusto mo (average 1000-2500), . whatever airline piliin nyo, magmember ka para mka-ipon ka ng miles. ang budget sa pinas depende kung saan kyo pupunta at planong gawin doon, kung kasama pamilya at kaibigan at kapitbahay.

umuwi me last year like one month ako dunkamish nakakaiyak, then mag fa file akoh ng lifting conditions koh two months from now at uuwi kami ulit ng baby koh this year...about sa budget wala pang $500 hawak ko nun one month ako dun with mah baby....may natira pang $150 sa dala koh I think depende ata sa plan smo kapag andun ka nah and the situations....

everytime i go home (yearly since 2005) - try to budget around 100$ a day...minus of course yung expenses sa hotel or resorts na gusto mong visit

i went there last year para ihatid yung lolo ko and my lola's ashes, dala ko $1,000 akala ko madami nako mabibili for my family there, eh ang tataas na ng bilihin dun compared nung umalis ako nung 2005. 6 days lang ako dun halos kulang pa yung $1,000
