Portland has some of the best microbrews in the country. :yes::thumbs:

Summer weather in Portland is magnificent. I love it there from May through September :star: ...little rain...and warm...but not too warm...although July and August can get a bit hot by Pacific Northwest standards...90F+.

And Portland has less annual rainfall than most east coast cities...including New York City.

Also, it's a mystery to me why anyone would say that Portland is unsafe. :blink: Portlanders are an easygoing bunch. I have never felt unsafe in Portland at any hour of the day or night. I wonder if they have been to Detroit or Cleveland, or Newark, or...
