Hi guys

I just wonder something and i need ur experiences. We filled I-130 on decemper and we only got NOA1 and we still waiting for approval of NOA2 is it normal ?

Anyways what im worrying is in my G-325a where u have to write applicants employment last five years i think i was wrong there about putting the dates for example i was working in the company from 03.2003 to 04.2004 but in the next line i put for another company from 08.2004 to 09.2005 what i m saying is i am seems like i was unemployed so is that problem?bec i did not make a state of it.Or is that reason what i m wating longer for?

sorry for my bad english i hope u can understand

thanx for reply

The time takes to process I-130 is varies case to case. If you visited USCIS I-130 processing times, you will see that it takes about 5 months to process I-130. In order request for service order you might have to wait 5 month from the receipt date of your NOA1. Good luck.

Did you work between 04/2004-08/2004 & didn't include that information in you G-325?

In case where USCIS is confused about this four months gap in your employment history, they will send you a rfe, then you will be able to respond rfe with this information.

My hubby was "unemployed" when we filled out all paperwork and they never even asked about that...don't worry too much! They know the economy was/is bad in Turkey and now here too unfortunately!

thank you so much for the reply

Yes it is almost the same in USA now.I was not unemployment when i was applied G-325A and I-130 as i said i m also still studying in college which i dont have to compulsory attendance at school its my last year 4th graduate. While i m studying i was also working too so between some months i was unemployment like 4 months bec i have to get ready for my exams..

I just wonder if the USCIS really checking on it that if we really unemployment or did we really work that long or etc..

best regards
