Okay, somehow I missed the part that you are married. Then you have to file I-130 and subsequently I-129F for K-3 with the proof that I-130 is filed prior to that. Good Luck. Ma es salaama.

If you don't have your wedding pictures, you just tell the consular officer the truth that it was done at the court house and you were not able to get pictures. However, get all pictures, email, phone records that you will have before the interview.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
