Hey all, I don't want to make a huge deal out of this because I still don't feel it's right I was approved before those with recalled petitions, or people who have been waiting since March, but I was approved today.

This case has been approved. On August 3, 2006, an approval notice was

mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice,

you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address,

please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business

hours.

8/17/06 - Korean Consulate rec'd Petition

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Yes I hope everyone with recalled petitions, and whom have been waiting much longer get approved soon!!! I'm extremely happy, but understand that this can be a double edged sword for people in those situations.

Make a big deal!!! It tells us that they are working on July 10 RFE return dates!!!!
