HI guys all I want to know about showing for uscis the proofs about our current and past relation ship being in contact. Then its logical to send some Emails and chat history but I need to know if they are really going to inspect the totality of everything like fbi we are fiancés so in case I told her my Wife or her told me husband by wish or courting this will be a problem? Thanks however its silly question hhhhh u know the whole stress for supporting WAIT big world during the whole long process for living apart.

Thanks in advance.

Unless you're frontloading (adding data and info that is more relevant to the interview) for your particular embassy, evidence of the "relationship" is not really necessary for the I-129F Petition. The only required evidence is proof of physically meeting once in 2 years prior to filing the petition. Primary evidence would be airline boarding passes with dates/names, passport country entry stamps, receipts that establish you at the beneficiary's country, etc... Secondary evidence usually involves photos of you two together.....

Good luck... and welcome to VJ! Good place to start is by reading the K1 guides which you can find in the menu bar up at the top of the page.

In my expereience I sent several photos of my fiance and I togehter with either date marks on the camera or writig where it was taken and the rough date on the back. A few e-mails, any stamped envelopes (helpful if you and your fiance put your return address on the back), and a copy of our phone bills from different months over the years and highlighting each others numbers for texts and calls :)

Good luck
