Hi everyone. I am so happy. I got online earlier this morning and there was no news. Yesterday

our file was touched after no action for almost 3 weeks. We were truly bummed out. However, I got online

a few minutes ago and the I-130 was approved last night. We received NOA1 in the mail April 13 and were transferred from Vermont to CSC on July 6. Almost one month after transfer we are finally approved. I hope that all of the other transferees hear something soon. Good luck to everyone. Now, let's hope the NVC moves quickly for us. WOW....I JUST CAN'T STOP SMILING! :D:lol::dance:

07/06/2006 received notification that case transferred to Calif. SC

07/07/2006 faxed request to expedite to CSC
