It's either a simple, harmless device that everyone would want to be implanted with

for the common good, or it's not. If it's not and something that can kill you if

you accidentally damage it or attempt to remove it, I just don't see people volunteering

The article isn't about "You" or "me" - it's about the incoming generations...

As I said earlier, this is already a voluntary practice today in some areas... It's not far fetched to believe it will grow much larger.
