For those who received Packet 3 from Montreal Embassy, how long did it take till you received it in the mail? DOS says it was sent out on April 12th, 2010 and my fiance still hasn't received anything in the mail. should I be concerned?

Dont worry.... it took a week for me to receive mine.

When they say it is sent, it means it went to the mailroom. It might sit there a few days before it is actually sent.

My guess is you will receive it any day now.

IF we get packet 3 by Friday, fill it out, mail back, - what are the chances we get an interview by July 31st?

What consulate are you interviewing in? Montreal take 3-5 months for an interview, so if you are interviewing in Montreal, don't set your sites on a specific date because they are terribly slow. Vancouver moves quicker however

Good luck
