We are moving to PA in September and want to fly over there (me and my daughter)

We are not married yet so have not got AOS started or advanced parole, the question is:

Can i fly from OKlahoma to Penn State Pennsylvania?

Sure you can! As long as you don't go outside the US you can fly anywhere you want!

YOu can fly anywhwere within the United states, the only 2 connection you have to be careful is Alaska, and the us territories, you would have to make sure there's not connection flight to a 3rd country. Since you are traveling within the US, you have nothing to worry. All you need is your passport, and actually if you have a non driver ID, or driver's license you don't even need to show your passport.

You can fly but make sure the pilot knows he has to clear any and all changes in flight plan with you first. If that plane leaves US airspace, the ICE agents on-board (every flight has them) will deport you and imprison whoever you're with for harboring an illegal immigrant.

Have you guys seen the commercial where the guy has the wings on and jumps off the bridge and everyone in the village is flabergasted... "wow, he can fly!" Then the old man shrugs and says "yeah, but he can't swim."

For some reason I thought of that when I read the title of this thread. Good commercial.
