My wife's son received his parole travel document, and it has his picture at the bottom of the form along with a USCIS rep's signature. On the right side of the bottom of the form it has a box labeled National Benefits Center Parole Stamp, and a big empty box. Is this box supposed to be stamped, or is it stamped when they leave or re-enter the country?

Thank you.

I don't have that paticular form in front of me, but I am pretty sure that is where CBP will stamp it when you return with it.

(Should have two copies, they stamp both, keep one, you keep the other )

He only needs it to re-enter the US, not leave it.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
