I actually scheduled my wife's interview using that phone number. That phone number is a direct line to the immigrant section of the USEM where they do the interviews. On the other hand, the PIN phone number is only a call center where they go by a script. At the call center, the standard script answer to any question is: "call back in two weeks."

weeehhh i tried that no. when you are in PINAS its 02-301-2000 operator will answer you, then dial again 7 and then operator will again answer and dial local 5184# or 5185#..I found this ;somewhere in one post,it only cost me 30Php..WOW ,But still their answer is our papers are still in the NVC...hahaha!!!The filipina i talked to in this line is so polite and soft spoken... Next time i will just be the one to call instead of my fiance spending $$$$...nyahahaha...
