So I must have slept wrong a couple of nights ago, because my arm is just killing me. When I lift my right arm in a certain way, not every time but a lot, I get a shooting pain from my upper arm all the way up to my neck. I want it to go away! :crying:

Ok, I'm done. Don't you just HATE it when this happens????

I do hate that actually.

Is this the physical ailments rant thread? if so, I can't stop yawning. I hate it.

Finally finished with immigration in 2012!

Amputation is the answer....

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

Yes. I had the hiccups yesterday, that was a b*tch too.

If it's any consolation, that shooting pain thing never goes away for me. Had it for 7 years or so, along with 60% range of motion in my right shoulder.

That blows! And, no, that's no consolation. :(

If you have aspyrin take one or two. It relaxes your muscles. :D

Will do! They should help with the pain from the amputation as well...

Whats the old joke? Doctor it hurts when I do this? "Then don't do that!"

Sorry couldn't resist. Go see a ciropractor (spelling?) They fix me up when I have one of those pains that won't quit.

You're right! In fact, it hurt a lot when I was washing the dishes last night. So I definitely shouldn't do that anymore!

I'm thinking of going to a chiropractor myself, for my back. A friend of mine had constant pain and she swears it went away after a few visits. Gotta try it, can't live like this!

The way to find out if you love someone or not, is by talking to them.

The more you talk to them the more you either hate them or love them.

I'm scared of chiropracters. I've always heard that once you go to one, you have to keep going or else your pain will return. I do a pretty good job at cracking my own back and neck though - fun at parties!

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Actually, I swear by chiropractors. Yes, I go back, but not because the chiropractor does something that I need to go back, rather once I realized how much better I feel after a chiropractor adjustment, I realize when my back or shoulders or neck 'go out' and I want to feel that good again. We all have 'bad habits' of sleeping or working or standing that stress our physical structure. Our bodies compensate and that is when something gets out of alignment along the spine. As long as we keep doing the same habits, we will keep facing the same problems and will benefit from chiropractic adjustments. I wish that were the only problem I face - I am actually trying to deal with the symptoms and pain caused by a suspected herniated disk and known pinched nerves flare-up - the legacy from a car accident in 1995. I am on anti-inflammatories but the biggest adjustments and relief come from the chiropractor. I wil be glad when this current flare up dies down - my whole right side of my body is affected this time and my leg and foot are still numb and tingly. Believe me, I do sympathize with your sore arm - see a chiropractor!

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

I just went to the chiropractor for the first time. It was a positive experience. They tend to want to string you along though.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."
