Who flew with PAL???

Since my Fiance have a membership in Mabuhay miles,i know for sure its where he will get our tickets.The original plan was for him to pick us up once ready to go,unfortunately after a long discussion about it,we decided that I will just fly alone with our baby..Just thinking of this makes me nervous,excited and stress!!! But of course i have to be brave and be prepared for this...

For those who flew alone with their babies(my Daughter is 1 yr old)was it hard?What did you bring to ease the boredom of your babies?are the staff in PAL?helpful enough?Please throw me some tips of what to do?

The good thing is its a direct flight..no stopover!!!POE:San Francisco CA

I didnt really like PAL, some of the flight attendant are SUPLADA, they also have favoritism, when I rode with them there was a vacant row, I asked one of the attendants if i can switch there and she said NO, an hour later I saw someone else sitting there so I asked the same attendant why is that person able to sit there when in fact I asked and you said NO, she replied "Sorry sir but that person is from my own hometown", ever since I have not flown with PAL ever again......I prefer to ride EVA, the Taiwanese seem to be more friendly to children.

I have flown via PAL from Manila to Los Angeles. And I couldn't find anything to complain about. The flight attendants were so nice and they feed you very well.

Great food. First class treatment and they all wear a friendly smile.

@cutie_patootie, with my fiance flying back and forth here in Pinas for how many years i will say he never had a single complain,he even said attendants are beautiful ,always smiling and very helpful in any way!

You know JAPAN Airlines is very friendly with alot of beautiful flight attendants and what surprised me is that a big majority of them are filipina.

i travelled alone with my baby twice, one when she was 7 mos old via PAL and recently when she's 2 via EVA...PAL attendants were so nice and helpful since it was just me and my baby, i find PAL more friendly and helpful compare to eva, like when i asked for a water they even washed my baby's bottle..as for advice just bring atleast 10-12 diapers with you, 2 pair of clothes,milk (if you have a milk dispenser that will be great),cookies or baby food and his/her favorite blanky or toy..relax and don't stress out,happy trip

PAL palang nasubukan ko, my wife doesn't like their food, some people here don't like the attendants, ako walang pakelam basta non-stop ang flight!

pero so far suwerte naman ako sa pagkain ng PAL at laging may maganda at mabait na attendant assigned sa akin.

On my opinion, go fly with PAL its more convenient for you and your baby kasi non-stop flight. But I am not a big fan of them. I flew twice with PAL from

San Francisco- Manila and oh men... not a good experience.

1. They are very strict with baggage weight (2lbs more and they will

asked you to take that extra 2 lbs).

2. PAL stands for PLANE ALWAYS LATE (a supposed to be 10:30pm flight

left at 11:15am)

3. There is no video monitor in your seats.. Though coming back there is.

4. Reading lamp wasn't working

5. Flight attendants has some sort of attitude (parang ayaw mautusan);

mga feelingera! They do not appreciate the business we are giving to their company.

6. Food sucks (very oily) and failed food presentation. Parang turo-turo yung itsura ng food.

We flew with Japan, Korean, Delta, Cathay Pacific Air and not once that

we have problem like these.. Flight attendants are so warmth and always smiling

I totally agree !!! Im glad someone is on the same page as I am, the flight attendants are fake, If you ask me JAL is the best.
