Hello,

I belong to another board in which it has a forum for gamers. There they allow members to tell how they met. Some of the stories are really nice to read. Mostly the site is based around long distance relationships, so I think it would work here too.

Our story,

We met in an online game called Guild Wars back in 2007. He used to talk to me about the girls he was dating and ask me for advise. He used to say things sometimes, where I would go O.O .. my type. We use ventrilo to talk so I could hear his voice, and that amazing Texan accent. We became close allies in the game and started hanging out daily, he stopped talking about other girls, and started flirting with me. We started spending about 5 hours a day together ingame, then in April 2008 we took it to the phone. We were spending about 14 hours a day together by now. Phone calls, emails, shout boxes during the day and still gaming at night. He came to meet me in October 2008 and we made our relationship " real ".

That's a great game.

My husband and I met on iRO Ragnarok Online 6 years ago this October.

Yeaaah. Not a whole lot else to say really

It took so long for us to be together because my husband wasnt eligible to file for US Citizenship until late 2008, didn't get it till mid 2009.

I taught my husband a few days back how to play Mancala. He didn't win in the first night. Now he is so much better that we play in sets with five rounds each set. He can defeat me during individual games but he has never won a set. We'd often end with 3-2 in a set, that means he had two wins and I got three in all five rounds. :star:

There's no specific game category for this thread. :P We also have other games that involve creativity and sometimes costumes, if you know what I mean. :luv: Uhuhm...
