Hey guys... A few quick questions... I'm working on the I-130 and on question 15 it asks for the "Name and address of present employer"... Does that mean the petitioner's or the beneficiary's current employment?

Also, on question 10 of Part C (Information about your relative) it asks for the Alien Registration Number... Should that be left blank or should I write N/A?

One more... In Question 17 of part C asks about the relatives of the alien... Should I write the name of the beneficiary as well?

Because 17 is still under "information about your relative" It means to list the children you have together and the Husband/wife who is the USC.

My husband is Egyptian so on C. Line 17 I put Christine Mohamed ---- spouse---- date of birth--- USA.

Alla is right about the other stuff.
