Almost ready! AOS and I130 Cover sheet check!

Hi Guys!

Here is my cover letter for the AOS process with I130. I have this overall cover sheet for the whole package but each form has a cover sheet as well detailing the same things. We are preparing to send out our application on Monday or Tuesday. Do we have everything?

Please kindly find enclosed concurrent filing of I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative) for my Husband [samuel Asiedu], I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status), I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization) and I-131 (Application for Travel Document) and supporting documents.

Each folder, 1-5, contains filing forms with all supporting documents and payments. Each folder contains a separate cover sheet for easy facilitation. Thank you so much for your time.

I-130

Contents include:

1. Payment of US$355 for I-130 (attached to front page of I-130)

2. I-130, Petition for Alien Relative and supporting documents as listed below:

a. Copy of birth certificate of US Citizen

b. Copy of US Citizens passport

c. Copy of intending immigrants certified birth certificate

d. Copy of intending immigrants passport, including biographical page, visa with entry stamp, and I-94(front and back)-4 pages

e. Copy of Certified marriage certificate

f. G-325 A for US Citizen (Aleksandrya Bracey-Asiedu)

g. Colored passport photo of US Citizen with full name on the back and name on bag

h. G-325A for foreign spouse ( Samuel Asiedu)

i. Colored passport photo of foreign spouse with full name on back and name on plastic bag

Evidence of Bona fide Marriage

a. Documentation showing joint ownership of property

*Walker Manor Apartment Lease

b. Documentation showing co-mingling of financial resources

*T-mobile Account showing activation of two lines addressed to Aleksandrya Bracey/ attn: Samuel Asiedu

*Chase joint Account with transaction record and copy of bank cards

*San Diego Gas and Electric transcription showing both names under account information

*Allstate Car insurance cards showing both names on both insured vehicles

c. Other evidence showing bona fide relationship

*California Drivers License showing change from maiden name (Aleksandrya Cherish Bracey) to married name (Aleksandrya Cherish Bracey- Asiedu)

*United Concordia Dental Insurance showing Aleksandrya Bracey as cardholder and Samuel Asiedu, Mariah Maze and Isaiah Maze as Dependents (family membership).

*Affidavit sworn to or affirmed by mother (Alison Davis) having personal knowledge of the bona fide martial relationship

*Photo collage of Civil Marriage on 03/02/2010

*Photo collage of family outing to SeaWorld for daughter, Mariah Mazes’ 2nd birthday

1. Money Order for I-485 in the amount of $930

2. Money Order for biometric fee in the amount of $80

3. I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status and supporting documents as listed below:

a. Copy of non US Citizens (Samuel Asiedu) Passport including biographical page, entry stamp and I-94 (front and back)

b. Certified Copy of non US citizens birth certificate

c. Copy of Certified Marriage certificate

d. 2 color passport photos of non US citizen ( Samuel Asiedu) with full name on back and on bag

e. G325A for Samuel Asiedu

f. I-693, medical examination and vaccination record

Folder 3:

1. I-864 completed Affidavit of Support and supporting documents as listed below:

a. Tax returns/ Tax transcripts for 2009, 2008, 2007

b. Letter from new/current employer stating salary and employment information with paystubs attached

c. Paystubs from current part time job through federal work study at CSUSM (5 pages)

d. Paystubs from Current per diem job at YMCA (7 pay stubs/pages)

e. W-2’s for 2009 from all employers (6 pages)

f. Financial aid, grants and loans awarded from CSU San Marcos from 2008-2010

g. Birth Certificate of US Citizen

Folder 4:

1. I-864, SPONSOR, completed Affidavit of Support and supporting documents as listed below:

a. Tax returns from 2009, 2008, 2007

b. Copy of last 3 paystubs from current employer

c. US sponsor Birth Certificate

d. Copy of US sponsors Driver License

Folder 5:

1. I- 765, Completed Application for Employment Authorization

a. Copy of I-94 (front and back) for non US citizen

b. Biographical page of passport

c. Copy of Visa with entry stamp

d. 2 color passport photos of Samuel Asiedu, Non US citizen

2. I-131, Completed Application for Travel Document

a. copy of visa with entry stamps for Samuel Asiedu, non US citizen

b. Biographical pages of passport for Samuel Asiedu, non US citizen

c. I-94 front and back of Non US Citizen Samuel Asiedu

d. 2 color passport photos of Samuel Asiedu, non US citizen

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and we understand that we may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date.

05/24/10- Expedite EAD request through USCIS

05/25/10-I485 & I765 touched :)

05/25/10- Email from CRIS requesting extra documents for expedite to be faxed

05/25/10- Faxed evidence, including support letter from congressman (28 pages)

05/26/10- Email from CRIS thy recieved and are reviewing expedite evidence

05/26/10- @8:15pm- email that EAD card production ordered!!! AP also approved today! Yay!

05/27/10 I765 & I131 touched!

06/01/10- Recieved our Advance Parole...but where's our EAD card!!!

06/04/10-EAD sent in the mail!!

06/10/2010- AOS Interview letter recieved!! wow! 7/14/2010-oops! hehe

07/14/2010- AOS interview- Approved (less than 15 minutes)

05/07/2010: I-485, I-765 updated.

05/21/2010: original biometrics appointment.

05/24/2010: received interview letter.(Day42)

06/08/2010: I-485 was touched.
