Can I please have the link with the email form? I think I might need to do the same. It's been more than a month since I got my NOA2 from Mexico City and still no case number. Hope it's not lost in the mail.

I would definitely email them - I just received an email response from Ciudad Juarez that my packet 3 was mailed on March 5th so packet was lost in the mail. They sent me the link to the forms and said to fill those out and mail them in. I'm just not sure which forms go with packet 3 and which go with packet 4.??

Defintely email them - I just received a response from my Ciudad Juarez email concerning the same issue - they said their records show they mailed the packet 3 to us on March 5th -- so obviously it was lost in the mail. They said just to fill out the paperwork via the link for Packet 3 forms and send them in.
