Hi everyone,

Just wanted to post,a tad in advance of my actual move to Raleigh.Would like to know if there are more VJ members who will be moving to Raleigh or any other place in NC.

Would be great to know of some more people moving there or already living there.

Also, any idea anyone on USCIS certified surgeons there who would help make the I-693 form during the AOS process?

I'm afraid I don't know any VJers in Raleigh but my husband and I have a really good friend who moved to Cary, just outside of Raleigh, 2 years ago and she absolutely loves it there. We have also enjoyed the area very much ourselves when we have visited her there, and I think it is a city in which I could be very happy. Good luck with your move, and hopefully some VJers in the area will come forward and introduce themselves as well.

Thank you Kathryn41 :) I am sure there will be some Raleigh VJ-ers,maybe no one has seen this yet.I know,I love that place so so much.It is quiet,peaceful,not expensive (I was a student then so that was a very important thing to consider) and it is a very beautiful state,so much greenery !!

I hope some more people introduce themselves,it will be fun to have friends when I move.

A preemptive welcome to the South to you!

Currently, we're in Charleston, South Carolina but Raleigh may be our new home in the near future. Being a SC native, I've heard plenty of wonderful things about Raleigh. The people up there are supposed to be much nicer, much more welcoming and open than down here. You should get a true dose of southern hospitality. :)
