You should be able to take your husbands name and place it on the AOS paperwork (Umit did).

You will have to change your passport to reflect your new "legal" name. Visa will become a non-issue once you get the GC.

(however, if you travel prior to changing things, a copy of your marriage certificate shows the reason why you changed the name)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Keyword "Former" - if he is your current spouse, you would put "None" or "N/A".

For my own clarification at the AOS level is the G-325A only supposed to be filled out for the immigrant or does the USC spouse have to fill one out again too?

AOS is an application submitted by the alien.... No G-325a required by the USC.

YMMV
