i have a few questions about my letter

i got my notice from uscis..on the letter it says that they want me to send my medical records,my previous medical record from my country which is D-2053 and I-693 and some other documents...my questions are...i sent my sealed medical envelop from the surgeon with my medical records from my country when i filed aos.. the problem is they send me a noticed has dated more than a month and when we called them they were said that my aos might me expire within 90 days..it's very stressful when they said that...do you think my aos will expire soon?? i am trying to send all my records they need...please is anybody here can help me...

I think maybe people are not understanding what you are saying. It might be they are saying you have 90 days to respond to the RFE. Why don't you post an actual copy of the letter and possibly someone can give you the correct answer.
