On the G-325A form you need to write the city and country you were born, if you were born on tachikawa air force base, do u write tachikawa afb japan or tachikawa japan or tokyo japan? Thank YOU

Write which is the city.Japan is the country..Either Tachikawa or Tokyo is the city but Which that airbase belong to?OR follow what is written in your birth certificate.

Based on my research,TACHIKAWA is the city.

If you were born on the air force base, you can put air force base...they are considered a town as you can receive your mail there. (even though it is sent through APO)

Big thing is...what does the birth certificate say?

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

I wrote only the city and country I was born, skipping the prefecture.

08/06/2008 I-130 petition at Tokyo, Japan

08/13/2008 I-130 approved

07/15/2009 IV(IR-1) in hand

Post-DCF

07/29/2009 POE at Las Vegas

08/17/2009 GC(10yrs) received
