Hi all,

I've lost my AOS interview appointment notice. The interview is still a month away but, as it's Saturday, calling the NSCS gets me no advice.

Is it possible to get a new copy of the appointment notice, or is the appointment rescheduled, or do I need to start all over again?

Sorry if this has been asked before, I'm panicking slightly.

Thanks.

I think the best is to reach the office until you can talk to somebody. I am sorry I cannot remember what exactly my husband did in order to talk with a real person, but I think he selected the option to get an application form by postal mail, somebody will answer and you will mention your situation.

Meanwhile you can check at this info I found online, it might be helpful.

Good luck!

If you can't get anywhere with the 800 number, then I guess I'd go for an infopass.

Also, be prepared to have to pay through the nose for them to replace your lost documents.

I called yesterday and was told a replacement would be mailed to me immediately.

Pretty amazed that it was so simple.

 Good! Good luck then in your interview!
