Do they send documents back if you cancel Fiance Visa?

Hello,

I was just wondering if you knew if you cancel a Fiance visa if they send all the documents back to the petitioner?

I would think they simply file it away as cancelled as it remains on your record that you have applied for someone (which you would need to mention if you try to petition someone again)

they will not send it back to the petitioner, they will just sent it back to USCIS if its been in the embassy stage... it will keep us ur record i think that u really filed for a case petition for someone b4... :blush: :blush: :blush:

N-400:
May 9, 2017: N-400 packet was sent
May 15, 2017: NOA1 
June 05, 2017: Biometric Done
June 19, 2017: Case is in Line for an Interview
June 25, 2018: USCIS Scheduled an Interview
Aug. 02, 2018: Interview Date- APPROVED!
Aug. 09, 2018: Oath Ceremony

02-26-2010 : DS-3032 Sent by E-Mail

03-02-2010 : Received DS-3032 and AOS Bill

03-02-2010 : DS-3032 Accepted

03-02-2010 : Pay AOS and IV Bill Online

03-04-2010 : AOS Shows PAID

03-08-2010 : IV Bill Shows PAID

03-09-2010 : AOS and Documents Sent

03-09-2010 : Receive IV Bill

03-19-2010 : DS-230 and Documents Sent
