I am very stressed out. My husband and I have an interview coming up on Sept. 13th yet there is a huge promlem....we are not living together yet!! Due to financial and other personal matters we haven't been able to move in together. Will this greatly affect our interview?? Help me please :help:

Very likely yes. The whole point of applying for AOS based on marriage is to be living together in the US as a married couple. If you have extenuating circumstances like one of you is in the military stationed overseas, they'll accept that. But for any other reason, I guess it would really depend on why, and you'd better have A Lot of evidence to prove Why.

That is a major problem. Who does your husband live with? If he lives with other people try to get him to have your name on the lease. USCIS is very hard on cases like this. Or get a letter with a notary stating that you live with your husband, once you move in or something. Sorry, I hope this might offer you some information in regards to your question
