What happens after case goes to embassy?

After the DS 3032, IV Bill, DS 230 and the case goes to the embassy, then what? I assume that the beneficiary receives a packet 3 with the medical form, etc. What forms are in this packet? Can anyone tell me what this stage of the process is like?

If I remember correctly. You should receive notification for interview and a list of medical examiners to arrange your for your examination.

I got my medical and X ray the week before, they give you the report in a sealed envelope to take with you to your appointment.

Once in the embassy:

You meet with an immigration officer to go throught the paperwork. They will already have what you sent in but will check the photocopies or originals of:

1. Passport Bio data

2. Birth certificate

3. Police report

4. Photograps

5. other documents as applicable to your case.

After that you take your turn and wait for interview

So there are no other forms? I remember that packet 3 with the K-1 included the DS 156 and 156K, but those are nonimmigrant fiance forms and I know they wouldn't apply in this case. I just wondered if there would be any additional forms that need to be filled out by the immigrant beneficiary.
