Just recieved NOA2 approval notice for I-129F in the mail today. Apparrently, it was approved on July,28 but the website status still has not been updated. Where can I find detailed information on what processing still needs to be completed and approximately how long it will take? Thanks for you comments.

I understand my wife will be sent packet 3, and 4 from the US Embassy in Bogota. However, she does not speak English and I don't want her to fill out the forms by herself. I am in the US and want to fill out the forms for her if possible. What forms do these packets consist of exactly?

Also, where can I find out what the medical exam and vaccination requirements are for my wife and step daughter? Thanks for any information.

Depends what you are going for K3 Cr1 ir1?

go to the uscis.gov site they list them all there.

Feb. 15/ 07 --- GC approved

Nov. 17/09 -- I-751 sent (Day 1)

also check the website for the US consulate in Bogota, there will be more info there.

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

SilkRoad, congratulations on such a speedy approval! I'm in the same boat with Package 3. When it comes to my husband, I want him to send it to me in the States so I can fill out the forms. This may add some time, especially if he has to sign things, but we want it done right. I still don't know if we'll use registered mail or FedEx. I'm wondering is faxing the blank forms is an option.

Thanks! There's also the added complication that the postal system is not that reliable in Colombia and many have never recieved thier packets. Once she gets the packet, using FedEx-type company it takes a week to send packages to the US and another week to get them back to Colombia. But I definately feel better now that the K-3 has been approved:) ANd to answer the question above the wesite was updated saying they recieved my rfe, but not that they had approved the K-3.
